This car is in unbelievable shape for a 99, and has super low miles (right at 100,000) It sports a 4 cylinder turbo motor that is fast, but also fuel efficient. Volvos Saabs and Jaguars have always been in the same class as far as safety, and have always paved the way as far as side impact-rollover support, and also pioneered break away engine mounts for front end collisions. The interior is unique, with the ignition set in the center console to avoid knee injuries. The leather seats are power, so are the windows mirrors and locks, and it has keyless entry. It has a unique feature called night panel, that shuts off the lighted displays for everything except the fuel gauge and speedometer for safer night vision.
